Refund Eligibility
Digital Downloads: Refundable if not downloaded within 7 days. Usage tracked in dashboard.
Subscriptions & Accounts: Refundable if not accessed within 7 days.
Physical Goods: Refundable within 7 days if unopened and unused.
Exceptions: Clearance items, gift cards, custom/personalized, and customer-damaged products are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Downloaded or accessed digital products
- Used or accessed subscriptions/accounts
- Opened, used, or damaged physical goods
- Change of mind after use; buyer’s remorse; misuse; fraud
Refund Request Process
1. Contact support via email or live chat.
2. Provide order details and reason for request.
3. Verification by our team.
4. Decision in 3–5 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Products
- Replacement or refund for defective/damaged/incorrect orders.
- Must report issues within 48 hours of delivery/access.
